The members of  Eta Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated are pleased that you have chosen to visit our website. Founded 104 years ago on January 15, 1908 at Howard University in Washington D.C., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has served the nation by providing ongoing, innovative service programs and projects.

Eta Omega Chapter has served Louisville, Kentucky since it was chartered on May 6, 1922. Throughout the years, Eta Omega has proudly presented numerous community-focused events that promote and celebrate education. Our signature program, the African-American Celebrity Read-In, seeks to instill an appreciation for literature, pleasure in reading, and enhanced self-confidence in elementary, middle, and high school students.
